Tankmates: Semi-aggressive species like larger tetras, robust barbs, or other cichlids. They can be territorial, especially during breeding, so it’s important to provide plenty of hiding spots using rocks, driftwood, and caves. Avoid keeping them with small, peaceful species, as they may be bullied or harassed.
