Adult fish size: 5 - 6 cm

Diet: Feed a varied diet of high-quality flakes, pellets, and occasional live or frozen foods such as brine shrimp, daphnia, or bloodworms. Honey Gouramis are omnivores and will also consume plant matter and algae.

Tankmates: Peaceful species such as tetras, rasboras, and small catfish. Honey Gouramis are generally peaceful but should be kept with other non-aggressive fish. They can be kept in small groups, but males may become territorial, especially during breeding, so it’s best to house them with a mix of males and females or just one male with several females.
