Diet: Feed a varied diet of high-quality sinking pellets, flakes, and occasional live or frozen foods such as bloodworms, brine shrimp, and daphnia. Corydoras julii are omnivores and will also graze on algae, detritus, and plant matter in the substrate.
Tankmates: Peaceful species such as tetras, rasboras, and small catfish. Julii Corydoras are social and should be kept in groups of at least 6 or more. They are bottom dwellers and do well in community tanks with other peaceful fish. Avoid keeping them with larger or aggressive species that may stress or outcompete them for food.
