Diet: Feed a varied diet of high-quality sinking pellets, flakes, and occasional live or frozen foods like bloodworms, brine shrimp, and daphnia. Corydoras melini are omnivores and will also forage for detritus and algae in the substrate.
Tankmates: Peaceful species such as tetras, rasboras, and small catfish. Like other Corydoras, they do best in groups of at least 6 individuals. They are bottom dwellers and do well in community aquariums with other peaceful fish. Avoid keeping them with aggressive or larger species that may stress them.
