Diet: Feed a varied diet of high-quality sinking pellets, flakes, and occasional live or frozen foods like bloodworms, brine shrimp, and daphnia. Corydoras pygmaeus are omnivores and will forage for detritus, algae, and small particles from the substrate.
Tankmates: Peaceful species such as small tetras, rasboras, and other small peaceful fish. Pygmy Corydoras are very social and should be kept in groups of at least 6 or more. They are bottom dwellers and fit well in small to medium-sized community tanks. Avoid keeping them with large or aggressive species that may outcompete them for food or cause stress.
