Origin: South America (found in the Rio Orinoco basin, Venezuela)

Adult fish size: 5 - 6 cm

Diet: Feed a varied diet of high-quality sinking pellets, flakes, and occasional live or frozen foods like bloodworms, brine shrimp, and daphnia. Corydoras CW023 are omnivores and will also consume detritus, algae, and small plant matter found in the substrate.

Tankmates: Peaceful species such as tetras, rasboras, and small catfish. Like other Corydoras, they do best in groups of 6 or more. They are bottom dwellers and work well in community tanks with other peaceful species. Avoid keeping them with large or aggressive fish that might stress or outcompete them for food.
