Adult fish size: 10 - 12 cm

Diet: Primarily herbivorous, feed them a varied diet that includes algae wafers, high-quality pellets, and leafy greens such as spinach, zucchini, and cucumber. They will also consume some live or frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp, but plant matter should make up the majority of their diet.

Tankmates: Peaceful and active species such as tetras, rasboras, and barbs. Crossocheilus siamensis does well in groups of 3 or more and is compatible with other peaceful fish. They may become territorial with similar-looking species but typically do well in community tanks. Avoid keeping them with slow-moving or smaller fish that may become stressed.
