Diet: Hemigrammus caudovittatus are omnivores and will thrive on a varied diet of high-quality flakes, small pellets, and live or frozen foods like brine shrimp, bloodworms, and daphnia. They also enjoy plant-based foods like spirulina or blanched vegetables like zucchini and spinach.
Tankmates: Peaceful species such as other tetras, rasboras, danios, and small barbs. They are schooling fish and should be kept in groups of 6 or more to feel secure. Avoid housing them with aggressive species or large fish that may see them as prey.
