Diet: Hemigrammus rodwayi are omnivores and thrive on a varied diet of high-quality flake food, small pellets, and live or frozen foods such as brine shrimp, bloodworms, and daphnia. They also enjoy plant-based foods like spirulina or blanched vegetables such as zucchini and spinach.
Tankmates: Peaceful species such as other tetras, rasboras, small barbs, and other community fish. These are schooling fish and should be kept in groups of 6 or more to feel secure and reduce stress. Avoid housing them with aggressive fish or larger predatory species.
Note: Rodway’s Tetra is known for its beautiful silvery body with a delicate red tail, making it an attractive addition to community tanks.
