Ringder TC-220 Thermostat with programmer

The RINGER TC-220 is equipped with a large, clear, and backlit LCD display. The device is easy to program, and the ability to mount it in an aquarium cover or terrarium allows for quick adaptation of the device in any enclosure. Full control over temperature drops or rises and changes in lighting promotes the well-being of the pet, stimulates appetite, reproductive behavior, and allows for the initiation of hibernation. The device remembers the settings in case of a power outage.

Ringder TC-220 is equipped with two independent channels connected to a timer (time switch), which allows you to connect the appropriate device and regulate its operation within a specified time frame. The first channel is additionally connected to a probe measuring the temperature at the chosen location. You can set the daytime and nighttime temperatures and the operating times for day and night. The second channel serves as a timer, meaning a time switch. It can be used, for example, to connect a UVB lamp and select the time period during which it should operate.

Example configuration of the device:

- Connect a heating device (lamp, mat, cable) to the first channel and set the time frame, e.g., 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Set the temperature for this period, e.g., 28ºC. Set the second time frame for 7:00 PM - 9:00 AM and the temperature to 22ºC.

- Connect a UVB lamp to the second channel and set the time frame for 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

- The device is ready to operate. With the above settings, the thermostat will automatically maintain the temperature in the tank at 28ºC during the day and will turn on the UVB source. After 7:00 PM, it will turn off the UVB bulb and lower the tank temperature to 22ºC.

Additionally, the thermostat has a cooling mode. The operation of the thermostat in this mode is reversed, meaning that if the temperature in the tank exceeds the set value, a cooling device, such as a steam generator or fan, will automatically be activated.
