How does the modular filter SunSun work?
The filter is standardly equipped with two separate baskets for filtering media. The baskets can be freely detached one by one from the filter to access their interior. The filter pump forces circulation through both baskets or just one, as there is an option to connect only one basket. The baskets are cleverly integrated with the pump, creating a coherent and strong whole. 

Why does the filter have baskets for filtering media?
The baskets can be utilized appropriately by changing the properties of water filtration. In the case of unwanted water parameters, one can use media such as Organ-Ex, activated carbon, bio-ceramics, Neo Media, bio-balls, and other filter inserts. The spacious baskets can be utilized in any way. Their order can be freely changed. 

Is the filter better than regular internal filters?
The ability to add any filter inserts is a significant convenience for the user and is a major advantage of the product. This feature makes the filter significantly superior to other counterparts. 

Flow regulation:
The filter is equipped with a clever and smooth flow regulation. This allows the power of the filter to be adjusted to the capacity of the aquarium and the filter inserts being used. 

Aerator in the Turbo filter:
The set includes a complete set of connectors and hoses for aerating the water. The user has the option to use this function, but it is not enforced by the filter's design. The aeration function is enhanced with the possibility of adjusting the aeration efficiency, thanks to a special air valve, which is also included in the set. The valve has a special rubber construction that eliminates noise from the water and air pumping.

Motor and rotor:
The filter from the manufacturer SunSun is built on years of experience. It is characterized by reliability, efficient operation, and high energy efficiency. The rotor, being the heart of the device, is resistant to high pressure of pumped water, and furthermore, it has a shaft made of sintered stainless steel with titanium, allowing the pump to operate in seawater.
